At Teddly — Cuddle Corner, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Not classified as a non-returnable item (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@teddly.in with your order number, item(s) to return, and the reason.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and pickup instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Our courier will pick up the item from your address within 2–3 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or wrong items: Return shipping is FREE — we cover the cost.
  • Change of mind returns: A return shipping fee of ₹79 will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order — this ensures the fastest processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at hello@teddly.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and photographs. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
